Welcome to Lucky Girl Mahjong! We’re Angela and Kelsey, two Oklahoma-based mahjong teachers who believe learning should feel fun, social, and completely approachable.
It all started when Angela, a mom, wife, and Realtor®, kept seeing social play events in parts of Oklahoma City that were far from home. She also had a hard time getting a teacher to her house so.. she called Kelsey and it all began! ✨
Kelsey, a former classroom teacher and current enrichment coach for adults with special needs, fell in love with mahjong the moment she sat down at the table. Teaching is her passion, and getting to teach in this fun, community-centered way is a dream. She brings patience, clarity, and an encouraging style that helps new players feel confident from the very beginning. 💗
Together, we created Lucky Girl Mahjong because we truly feel lucky to have found this game and even luckier to share it with others.
